Lisa has a successful track record of delivering diverse slates of candidates to her client base spanning the Fortune 500, Private Equity and privately held companies. Lisa’s work spans most functions across the Consumer, Food & Beverage and Industrial sectors, with particular emphasis on the C-Suite.

With a passion for aligning the right leaders to specific client situations, Lisa operates as a strategic value partner to her clients, advancing their businesses with top leadership talent and solutions.

Launching her search career within a Private Equity environment, Lisa has been a Partner in three global executive search firms. She began her career at IBM and progressed through a number of roles, across multiple locations.

Lisa currently serves on the Board of the Perth Leadership Institute. She is a member of Women in the Boardroom, Association for Talent Development, and she is affiliated with HR People & Strategy, SHRM the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. She is quoted in the book, From Cinderella to CEO, and her articles have been published in Chief Executive Magazine and by the American Management Association among other business publications. She is currently co-authoring a leadership book with the Founder of the Perth Leadership Institute. Lisa and her two sons, Michael and Cody reside in Stamford, Connecticut.
